The blocks in field BKB3-4 form the end of the industrial belt from Skøyen station along Hoffselva to the north. Engebret's road, and the car park on the north side of it, create a distance to the heavier buildings to the south, and the area is perceived as a weakly connected appendage to the commercial buildings at Hoff.

We want to change the character of the Hoff quarters to be experienced as urban and complex.
The new buildings are placed along the purpose boundary to form clearly defined urban spaces and streets. In this way, a new quarter is created that plays together and contributes to Skøyen's urban character.
