Parkgata 31 in Hamar is approaching a framework application

Our exciting project where a historic Hamarhus is rebuilt with infill in the backyard is now approaching submission of the framework application. The project is a total of approx. 2,200m² and is an exciting example of how the rehabilitation of an existing house from 1890 in combination with new construction gives new, extended life to historic urban spaces. The concept is aimed at young people in the establishment phase and will contribute to further activating the center of Hamar. The client is Omtanke AS, with construction expected to start after the summer of 2022.

PARK INN HOTEL AT GARDERMOEN APPROACHES COMPLETION

Our extension of the Park Inn hotel at Gardermoen is nearing completion. The official opening is set for January 2022 and we are very much looking forward to finally being able to show off this great building.

New Radisson Hotel by Gardermoen

Our design for a new seven-storey hotel extension to the existing Park Hotell Gardermoen is now being built. The new hotel will be a Radisson Red hotel, increasing guest capacity by 217 rooms.

Completion is scheduled for the end of 2021 and, in addition to new hotel rooms, will add new meeting rooms, training rooms and an outdoor atrium park.
