Rehabilitation of a villa at Lagåsen

We are now starting an exciting rehabilitation project of a historic villa on Lagåsen from 1924, designed by Magnus Poulsen.

The house has three floors and a raw attic with a total floor area of approx. 540m² BRA and a plot size of 2805m²

The project includes a total renovation and rehabilitation of the interior as well as the replacement of all windows in the facade and a park-like upgrade of the outdoor areas. The building's architectural and historical values must be retained as far as possible and great emphasis is placed on aesthetic solutions with seamless transitions to the existing situation. Materials and detailing must be of high quality so that this beautiful villa will be restored and well equipped for another 100 years!

Completion of a villa on Snarøya

A villa on Snarøya has now been completed for a family on Snarøya. The project is a total rehabilitation of an existing typical house from 1984. Time had run out from what was once a great home and the new owners wanted an "Extreme makeover". We happily take on such challenges and the result is a sleek new villa that meets the wishes of an active family for a more modern look with a focus on detailing, tailor-made solutions and quality materials. The new home opens up to the view and has a bright and inviting interior of a high standard that facilitates social gatherings both for the core family and friends and acquaintances.

 

 

 

 

 

Rehabilitation of a villa on Snarøya

Our rehabilitation of Borgenhaug 19 is taking shape.
Time had passed a little from what was once a great villa and the new owners wanted an upgraded home with a modern look.
The rehabilitation shows how a building can be transformed with simple architectural measures without changing the shape as a whole. The house opens up to the view of Snarøykilen with new large windows, the roof gets a sharper look with zinc sheets, facade panels are given new shapes and colors and an extended, polished concrete terrace with swimming pool and barbecue area activates the outdoor areas. Inside, the house is being upgraded with a program that meets today's quality requirements and is designed for an active family and their specific needs and wishes. Stay tuned!
