The two soft-shaped building forms stretch out side by side in the beautiful view of the long hill formations.
A public park-like area between the buildings open to the Holtekilen pond in the northwest and toward the wide, open park area in the southwest, so that the different landscape types are combined.
The building mass are designed with varying steps in height while providing an optimization of the sight lines and sun for the apartments in both houses.
The overall structure of the plan is a relatively modest 3-span in two different sizes, with a simple concrete structure and lightweight walls that follow the soft shapes of the buildings.
