1998

We wanted to make a cultivated, well organized shopping area.
Signboards, traffic management, parking, building design, all elements were to fit into the main shape.

The customers shall not forget this large, exeptional shape when they drive past it in Groruddalen.
The shape creates an image, and the shopping area is marketable by it’s distinctive character.

Because the concept is strong, simple and understandable, it has been possible to realize the project in stages without the totality being lost of sight.
Experience from earlier building stages are worked into the new buildings through layouts, material and details, but all the time within the same, unifying concept.
